Expert in sustainability
With two decades of diverse and transformational business experience, our founder Anjuli guides organisations in driving business value, delivering pragmatic and impactful solutions that seamlessly integrate sustainability. Her extensive background spans global consultancies, international banking roles, and multiple C-suite positions in smaller firms, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead transformational projects and enhance business performance by taking a holistic approach. Anjuli’s deep understanding of broader business challenges uniquely positions her to support organisations in achieving their business goals while embedding sustainability into their operations.
Her commitment to leveraging business for good began with early engagements at Accenture’s community days and evolved into building an award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility Programme at Capco London, followed by impactful CSR initiatives for Barclays and OrcaNation.
In Singapore, where Anjuli spent nearly twelve years, she fostered multiple community partnerships at Barclays Bank. She managed a successful annual charity walk with Habitat for Humanity Singapore for four impactful years that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars as well as developing a partnership with the Rainbow Centre, which works to empower those with a range of disabilities, where Barclays’ teams volunteered and fundraised to support their activities.
Nine years ago, her daughter’s birth prompted a shift, deepening her appreciation for Sustainable living. She left Barclays looking for greater flexibility and moved into SME consulting then leadership roles.
As a leader at Tanderra and OrcaNation, Anjuli excelled at creating supportive workplaces where individuals and teams were empowered to thrive, driving strong performance within (often) resource constrained environments. Leading a diverse, Gen Z workforce at OrcaNation, she was inspired by her team’s commitment to Sustainability and was driven to learn more and re-align her career to focus on working with Businesses to do good.
Having successfully completed a Business Sustainability Management Course at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, where she impressed with her application of theoretical concepts to practical implementation, she now acts as an assessor for CISL’s Climate Change course, assessing multiple cohorts each year.
This work and the network it has connected her to, ensures she stays current with developments across Net Zero, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion as well as the multiple Sustainability and Reporting frameworks being rolled out.
